These terms cover this website, expressions of interest, and the Okie doke builder community. Any paid studio engagement has its own written agreement.

Website information

The website describes our studio, process, and intended services. It is general information, not a binding quote or guarantee. Scope, timing, fees, support, intellectual property, and delivery terms are agreed for each project in writing.

Expressions of interest

Submitting an EOI lets us consider your profile for suitable paid, project-based work. It does not create employment, partnership, equity, exclusivity, ongoing engagement, or a guarantee of work. We decide project matches individually and contact relevant people personally.

Community participation

Community email and Discord participation are optional and separate from project selection. Be respectful, protect other members’ privacy, and do not share confidential client or project information. We may limit access where needed to protect members, clients, or the community.

Your content and professional links

You keep ownership of material you submit. You give us permission to review it for the purposes you requested. We will not feature your work in community updates without permission. Do not submit information you are not entitled to share.

External services

The site may link to Calendly, Discord, portfolios, and other independent services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the site and preference controls dependable, but online services can occasionally be unavailable. Contact us directly if a preference link fails. We may update these terms as the studio and community evolve, with the current date shown above.
